Our governance arrangements

Slough Music hub is governed by a board of trustees who oversee all elements of our organisation.

They advise on our strategic direction and ensure we are working as efficiently as possible. They oversee our key financial information as well as working with us to create our policies and procedures and challenge decision making.

Our trustees are from diverse backgrounds, and we welcome various ages, genders, ethnicities, and cultures to ensure we are representing the community we work in. Our trustees have backgrounds in Ofsted, school leadership, education, community engagement, finance, and business. We are working hard to fill the current gaps we have such as parent and IT expertise.

All our trustees share a passion for music, education and progression which enables the group to champion and advance music education in Slough.
