Slough Music Service is offering a range of services for all schools to develop vocal and instrumental learning, as well as supporting the work of teachers and music leaders across Slough. Many of these services are fully funded, others have to be charged for.

Borough wider collaborative services
Gifted Musicians Programme
Each spring term we hold a series of cross arts workshops for pupils who are gifted in the arts - including those who show an inate sense of musicianship without necessarily playing an instrument.
Currently fully funded
For pupils who play and instrument already (are having lessons) or want to sing, we have the Slough Music Centre, held at Beechwood School from 3.50pm - 6.15pm on Thursdays during term time. We work towards end of term performances and additional events.
Charged directly to parents
We hold a range of events throughout the year. The singing festival in November (KS1&2), the Slough Music & Arts Festival in March (all phases) and one-day events such as Singing from Scratch. See the events listings or contact us for details
