Glyn Murphy (during Gemma Cross's maternity absence) leads the borough choir on Thursdays from 4pm to 4.45pm at the Slough Music Centre at Beechwood School, Long Readings Lane, SL2 1QE

The choir is aimed at secondary voices, and also welcomes year 6 pupils to help build relationships with their prospective secondary schools.

Our repertoire ranges from pop to RbB, soul to gospel. We perform regularly throughout the year at concerts in Slough, as well as at special occasions and local events.  Our next concert will be performing at our prestigious Eton Carol Service in the college chapel.

Voices United is open to all pupils in school years 6 upward - no experience necessary.

Award winning choirs for all ages

Taplow Choirs (just outside Slough) also offer a children's choir, and are able to take young singers through a variety of choirs, right up to the national award winning Taplow Youth Choir.

A community choir open to all ages and abilities. The Curve Choir regularly performs at events and have become a notable singing group in Slough. Our next concert will be a performance at the music service's prestigious annual carol service at Eton College Chapel.

Led by Glyn Murphy ( during Gemma Cross's maternity leave absence) rehearsals take place most Thursday's during term time at The Curve (our namesake) in central Slough. Rehearsals are from 7.00pm - 8.00pm on the first floor (autumn term 2018) and usually 6.30pm - 7.30pm on the ground floor for forthcoming terms.  You can sign up here, or just pop along and try us out!
