School Survey / DfE data return 2012

Depending on your school, the survey should take between 10 and 20 minutes.

All questions are optional, though the more information you can give us, the better we can plan our services.

Each year the DfE require us to report on the number of pupils engaged in certain activities - these are sections 3 and 4. Other questions help us to plan and provide services which are relevant to your school, staff and pupils.
