Our young leaders programme is an opportunity for young people to develop their leadership and musicainship skills.
Working with Aik Saath (www.aiksaath.com) we run half termly training days which develop workshop leading, facilitation and mentoring skills. These session also develop the skills necessary for the young leaders to work on the variety of programmes we run.
These programmes range from our outreach 'sounding out' projects to working with our music centres and holiday courses. These experiences give regular, frequent opportunities for the young leaders to practice their skills.
Young leaders can also work towards arts award accreditation.
